Your next adventure has arrived!
ERS is a co-op PvE roleplay game mode built around emergency calls. You can play as a police officer, paramedic, firefighter or tow operator, and there is always something to do. You might rush to a dangerous high-priority call, or handle a routine job like warning a speeder. Every callout has random outcomes, so the same call can play out differently each time.
You can also write your own callouts. The callout, config and language files are not escrow-protected, and ERS comes with 30+ ERS functions for callout developers. You need at least basic to intermediate Lua skills for FiveM. We don't offer support for writing your own callouts. The examples and documentation will guide you, and the community can help.

Statistics and data
ERS records the following gameplay statistics, linked to your Cfx server ID and each player's Cfx player ID, and shows them on the ERS statistics page:
- Time on shift
- Vehicles impounded
- Arrests
- CPR attempts and successful CPR
- People taken to hospital
- Callouts completed and callouts completed successfully
By installing and using ERS on your server, you agree that these statistics are collected during gameplay and linked to Cfx server and player IDs. You can turn this off in the leaderboard config.
