A brand new City Hall in Legion Square, the center of your server's government.
This resource adds a complete city hall, inside and out: a main lobby with waiting area, the mayor and deputy mayor offices, a conference room, a meeting room and a voting room for elections, plus a garage.
Justice has its own wing, with court offices, a court room, a judge room, a holding cell and court cells, ready for trials and hearings. Textures and signs are editable, so the building can carry your server's look.
