Description
A brand-new area inspired by Central/Northern California, featuring custom towns, a capital city, nature, highways, docks, airport, circuit, farmland, interiors, vehicles and fully original branding for maximum immersion and server uniqueness. The new playable areas represent the largest map expansion available for FiveM.
Built to complement Rockstar lore
Roxwood isn’t a random extension. It’s a county with its own identity. Because it’s geographically and culturally distinct from Los Santos, Roxwood includes custom government entities, logos, seals, brands, signage, props, clothing, and liveries to keep immersion intact. The result: a world that feels authentic, cohesive, and ready for roleplay from day one.
Real-world inspiration, lore-friendly execution
Roxwood draws from Central and Northern California to complement Los Santos’ Southern California DNA. Key areas are inspired by:
- Marina Beach & surroundings (Avila Beach / Pismo Beach / Morro Bay)
- Juniper by the Shore (Carmel-by-the-Sea / Monterey)
- Roxwood City (the counties capital city inspired by San Jose)
Roxwood County is the first of multiple counties planned, with Whetstone already present in part and future counties to follow. The package eventually will total roughly 40-50 chunks.
Interiors
Roxwood is built to be played — not just driven through.
The map currently includes 49 unique interiors, and thanks to intentional reuse (homes, gas stations, and common building types), Roxwood contains well over 100+ interior locations placed throughout the world. That means your players aren’t stuck with one or two hotspots — they’ll find believable, repeatable RP spaces everywhere they go.
From essential services like Police/Sheriff, Fire Department, Hospital, Coast Guard, and Ranger facilities, to daily-life locations like banks, supermarkets, clothing stores, tattoo, pizza, donut shop, liquor store, pawn shop, and more — Roxwood offers the kind of interior density that supports long-term roleplay, business ownership, and recurring scenes.
Vehicles
Alongside the map and interior network, Roxwood includes a broad set of vehicles to populate daily life and power roleplay: civilian vehicles, trucks, service vehicles, and a custom bus for public transport gameplay. For government and emergency RP, the package also includes Police/Sheriff units, Fire trucks, and Ambulances, giving your server a cohesive, lore-friendly fleet that matches the county’s branding and atmosphere.

Why North?
We placed Roxwood in the North for a reason. Player movement patterns naturally gravitate around LS, while the world beyond often goes unused. Roxwood changes that by adding an entire new destination designed to feel like it’s always been part of the Rockstar universe—complete with its own infrastructure, towns, coastline, nature, and a capital city.

The Roxwood County package is constantly in development. The team aims to reach approximately 40-50 chunks. Hence, updates will drop every now and then.
