Skatepark was a custom order for german roleplay server. 

We decided to sell it to public because of high demand. It's a beautiful exterior mapping located next to Del Perro Pier and it's nicely blend into the surroundings. 

It's good optimized and it doesn't cause any impact on server performance. 

MAP is protected via Escrow System.
