Script-Friendly Stretcher Vehicle + Ambulance Loader Compatibility

Bring proper patient handling to your server with a fully animated gurney built as a vehicle, designed to be driven, pushed (via scripts), loaded into ambulances, and used for patient transfers without prop hacks.

Built to pair with our ONX Ambulance fleet (6 models) and their loader configurations: empty loader, raised hooks, gurney stretcher, and gurney stretcher (raised back rest).

Note: This package provides the asset. The exact push/load/transfer logic is intentionally script-open so you can implement it for QB/ESX/custom frameworks.

✅ Integration Options

1) Load into ONX ambulances (bone attach options)

The gurney can be scripted to attach to the misc_s bone on any of our custom ONX ambulances.

2) Transfer patient inside the ambulance (seat swap options)

You can script it to:

  • switch the patient from the gurney to a seated position inside the ambulance, and
  • pair it with the ambulance’s matching gurney mod part so the visual position/animation lines up with the gurney vehicle seating.

📦 Installation (Quick)

  1. Add the ONX vehicle resources to your server’s resources folder, make a folder called [onx_vehicles].
  2. ensure [onx_vehicles] in your server cfg.
  3. Configure your ambulance/gurney using your preferred framework or custom scripts.

📜 Terms (Scripts + Redistribution)

We explicitly allow the community to:

  • ✅ Create custom scripts that interact with ONX gurneys and ONX ambulances
  • ✅ Sell those scripts commercially

With the following restrictions:

  • ❌ Do not redistribute, reupload, bundle, or include ONX gurneys/ambulances in your script/package
  • ✅ You may direct customers to our official Tebex/CFX packages for the required assets dependencies

General asset rules:

  • For use on licensed subscriber servers only with assets granted in your Cfx keymaster portal.
  • No reuploading, resale, or rebranding of ONX assets (other than permitted liveries/textures where applicable).
  • Redistribution outside your subscribed server(s) is prohibited.
