Codem Plant — Premium Farming System for FiveM

A complete farming experience with 32 plantable crops, 16 buyable and rentable polygon farms, a top-down grid placement camera, server-side growth simulation with water and fertilizer mechanics, custom 3D plant props for every growth stage, a dynamic supply/demand market economy, consignment stock trading, NPC seed shops, farm co-ownership, and a Hook API for custom restrictions. 128 custom-modeled props included.

FEATURES

- 32 Plantable Crops — Carrot, corn, tomato, wheat, tobacco, cotton, sunflower, weed, lettuce, pepper, onion, potato, mushroom, eggplant, garlic, basil, oregano, and 15 more. Each crop has its own seed item, harvest item, and custom 3D prop models for every growth stage.

- 3-Stage Growth with Custom Props — Every crop has unique 3D models for small, medium, and full-grown stages. Props swap automatically as the plant progresses. 128 custom-modeled .ydr props included in a companion streaming resource.

- Top-Down Grid Placement Camera — When planting, a top-down camera opens with a 10x10 snappable grid overlay. Pan with WASD, zoom with scroll, rotate with keys. Select cells to mark planting spots. Green cells are valid, red cells are blocked (asphalt, water, steep slopes), amber cells are selected. Smart alignment auto-snaps to existing fields so you continue a half-finished row perfectly.

- Claim Marker System — After selecting cells in the grid, amber claim markers appear in the 3D world. Walk to each marker and press [E] to plant with a digging animation. Claims auto-expire after 10 minutes if not planted.

- Server-Side Growth Simulation — Growth ticks every 15 seconds (configurable). Water and fertilizer drain over time. Both at 100% = maximum growth speed. Both at 0 = growth stalls. Plants wither if both stay empty for 10 minutes. Fully grown crops decay if not harvested within 20 minutes. All timings are per-seed configurable.

- Watering Can Tool — Use the water_can item near a plant. Plays a pouring animation with a green water particle effect. Raises the plant's water bar by 95 per use. Hand-attached prop with idle and action poses.

- Fertilizer Tool — Use the fertilizer item near a plant. Two prop models: closed bucket while holding, open bucket during the pour. Brown dirt particle effect. Raises the fert bar by 95 per use.

- Shovel Tool — Use the shovel item to dig up and remove any planted crop. Not consumed, reusable. Plays a digging animation with a 5-second duration.

- /proptune Debug Command — Live-tune tool prop positions and rotations in-game with arrow keys. Copy the final values from the console. No restarts needed for prop adjustments.

- 16 Buyable/Rentable Farm Zones — Polygon farm zones in the Grapeseed/Paleto agricultural area. Each farm has a configurable price (default $60,000). Players buy or rent farms from the UI. Ownership persists in the database.

- Farm Rental System — Rent a farm for a configurable period (default 24 hours) at a fraction of the buy price (default 10%). Renters can extend before expiry from the UI.

- Farm Co-Ownership — Farm owners can add up to 3 partners who can also plant on that farm. Only the owner and partners can plant; harvesting stays open to everyone.

- Farm Duration & Expiry — Purchased farms can have an expiry in days (0 = permanent). When a farm expires it frees up automatically. Planted crops are left untouched.

- Color-Coded Farm Map Blips — All farms shown on the map: green (your farm), red (someone else's), yellow (free/for sale). Grouped under a single "Farms" map category.

- FarmsOnly Mode — When enabled, seeds can only be planted inside farm polygons. Outside planting is rejected server-side.

- Dynamic Supply/Demand Market — Every planting event increases supply pressure for that crop and lowers its sell price. Pressure decays over time (configurable hourly rate). Price floor at 40% of base price (configurable). Live sparkline graphs in the shop UI show price trends over a 12-hour window.

- Consignment Stock System — Products that players sell to the NPC are added to a shared stock. Other players can buy from that stock at a 20% markup (configurable margin). The markup is an economic sink.

- NPC Seed Shop — Farmer NPCs at configurable locations with map blips. 6 UI tabs: Buy (seeds + tools), Sell (harvest), Stock (consignment marketplace), Market (live price graphs), Farms (buy/rent/manage), Leaderboard (top sellers). Interaction via ox_target, qb-target, or built-in drawtext (auto-detected).

- Per-Ped Tab Overrides — Each NPC can have its own tab set. Create specialized kiosks like a "Farm Rentals" NPC that only shows the Farms tab.

- Sales Leaderboard — Tracks cumulative sales per player in the database. Displayed in the shop's Leaderboard tab.

- Ground Material Validation — Plants can only be placed on approved surfaces (grass, dirt, soil). Asphalt, concrete, water, and steep slopes are rejected. Material hash whitelist is configurable. Slope threshold configurable.

- Planting Rate Limits — Two independent rolling-window caps: per-player (default 250/hour) and per-farm (default 150/hour). Both server-authoritative. Both disabled by default, ready to enable.

- Job Restrictions — Optionally restrict planting to specific jobs. Harvesting stays open to everyone regardless.

- CanUseSeed Hook API — Add custom planting restrictions without editing core files. Drop Lua files into modules/CanUseSeed/client/ or server/ — they auto-load. Register hooks to check conditions before planting (job, level, zone, time of day, anything).

- Floating Info Panels — Within 6m of a plant, a DUI panel floats above it showing crop name, water bar, fertilizer bar, and growth progress. Max 3 panels visible at once for performance.

- Discord Webhook Logging — Sales and farm purchases are logged to Discord with styled embeds. Separate webhooks per event type.
